Ok, last post for today:) promise LOL... This poem I wrote over a year ago and feel like sharing it with you guys:)

What Is...?

What is a life;
If it can be taken?
What is a heart;
If it can be broken?
What is belief;
If it can be shaken?
What is love;
If it is unspoken?

What is the future;
If it changes all the time?
What are choices;
If you can't use your heart AND mind?
What is death;
If it is caused mostly by crime?
What are leaders;
If they are often unkind?

What is this we call our home, earth;
If it is filled with pollution?
What are we doing;
To help find a solution?
What is freedom;
When most of the world is suffering poverty and governmental intrusions?
What is clarity;
When the world is filled with confusion?

What are unions;
When most of the world are discriminated and separated?
What is privacy;
When people's rights are being violated?
What are the government doing;
When the problems are not properly being negotiated?
What are WE doing;
If it all leads to war, hatred, Global Warming and damage is only created?
