Wish Upon A Galaxy
Dig beneath the surface and you shall see;
Every puzzle piece that builds up me.
Crack open the shell of my mind;
And hatch the thoughts balanced on a broken line.
Pull the thread from my unspoken words;
Let them fly as free as all birds.
Untie the knot within my soul;
So that all of my problems can free flow.
Bury the ditch inside of my heart;
That poured out the lies straight from the start.
Stitch up the wounds in my thoughts;
Stitch them up with exes and naughts.
Unclench the fist of swallowed emotions;
Loosen the clog with glitter potions.
Untangle the future from the past;
As for the present, make it last.
