Hey Guys, sorry for this really delayed post, was busy organising for my school 11th grade camp and therefore I could not post this poem last week as promised (on the facebook page here also follow the blog updates on posts on twitter here) And I feel terrible for posting so painstakingly late... But anyway, I wrote this poem for my school magazine and it's about all the lost souls out there that are enveloped in shadows of darkness and who are truly sold to the devil... Hope you like it...:)
The Devil's Seeds
Many in the past came;
One by one to dance upon the flames.
Sold their souls to the devil of power;
And their consciences were devoured.
Drenched their hearts in black greed;
And from the flames did they feed.
Carrying out each dark deed;
Each one- a devil's seed.
Planted into their brains;
To be quenched by the flames.
Wading through the fields of sin;
As the evil slowly creeps in.
Their eyes filled with spite;
As the devil wins the fight.
